Upload STP 'Success' but nothing comes up on the page to then submit etc. Blank!

Finally got the upload errors to go away, and get a green SUCCESS bar when I upload a pay run now.... but then the webinar shows it should appear underneath on a list to then review and submit to the ATO. But no list is coming up on my screen. Webinar demo suggests it should be immediate. Help please? Thanks in advance!

Sorry but I'm not quite following where you are in this process, so just to clarify, when you say it says 'Success' is that when you submit the Pay Event to the ATO but the event doesn't appear after this?
Could you post a screenshot of what you're seeing, feel free to block out any sensitive info.0 -

Thanks Rav. I did the upload button, chose the file etc, then get the green Success bar at the top. But then nothing appears. I *think* I should have a list of them then at the bottom to review & submit type of thing? Thank you.

Ok, first thing, I've note that your GovConnect has the Payroll Premier product selected.. but is that actually the Reckon product you're using?
Or are you using the Reckon Accounts Premier product?0 -
Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2018.

It was the only Payroll premier option. Is that wrong?0

Yes Payroll Premier is a seperate, standalone product.
Reckon Accounts Premier comes under Reckon Accounts Desktop so if you select that option in the 'Add Products' menu, your pay events should appear.0 -

My client (i am an accountant) is having the EXACT same problem, they are using Reckon Accounts 2022 "Enterprise", believe it is the desktop one? Has now tried going into settings and ticking every single option under "Select the Reckon product(s)...." (as not sure which one should be ticked) but it still has not worked, could you please advise which one they should have ticked on? Or if there is anything else they should try?
