Reckon Hosted - Cannot reset user (licence) password.
Reckon Hosted - Cannot reset user (licence) password. This user was created in 2013 is not listed under our administrator listing. The reset email to this user is no longer active so the only alternative is to contact Reckon support to reset. We send email to customer service and support with no response and spend hours on hold. We are unable to use this user. Does anybody know another way to reset a user id.
