Keep getting logged out

If I have to click on another page on my terminal to get info to enter to Reckon, when I click back into Reckon I have been logged out. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME & is extremely frustrating. It even happens when I have to print an invoice! The print page opens, I print the invoice then close the print window & lo & behold I'm logged out again!!! I've checked through the forums and this issue has been going on forever. When will this issue be fixed? It's really annoying & a symptom of a lack of care with this program.

    Hi Leanne - I run 2 screens, have multiple browsers and browser pages open and generally have 2 Hosted sessions going each day as well (I have 2 licences).... and whilst the login page often timesout... this is not an issue because the page with my actual Hosted datafile open - does not log out - so I just flick back to this page and keep working...  I use Opera for my main Hosted session and then Firefox or Chrome for my second Hosted session...  when you leave your Hosted screen to do other things - then you want to go back to Hosted - do you go back to the page that is the actual datafile which is still open and running, INSTEAD of the Dashboard page?

    Hi Linda, currently I only have the one screen and no it's the actual datafile which is open that I'm trying to go back to. A pop-up message about Gateway Failed pops up then I have to close that page, go back to the main dashboard page & log in again. The worst part is it's happening every time I print an invoice.....so frustrating!!

    Doesnt sound normal...what sort of internet connection are you using?  what browser are you using?

    We are on broadband (running well with good upload & download speeds) & I'm using Chrome as my browser. I tried it in Internet Explorer & still have the same issue. IT have checked all operations & settings & believe it is an issue with the program as it can't be resolved from our end.

    Also if you could humour us and try it with Firefox or Opera that would also be appreciated...

    I have installed Firefox & opened Reckon Hosted. I've just run a couple of reports, which meant I had to go to the print window & Reckon seems to be okay on Firefox. I'll use Firefox for now, do some invoicing & see what happens...... Thanks for your help Linda....very much appreciated :)
