Access violation at address

Access violation at Address - cant log on at all, all day, issues started yesterday but I was able to bypass by logging on via Firefox instead of Chrome - cant log on at all.

I have had a reply to my email saying its a known issue and they are working on it but no expected time frame. This is the busiest time of year - I have clients coming to sign their tax returns and I cant log on to print them (or finish them!!) This is causing massive stress - we need to have an updated fix time.

    Reckon needs to get serious with client problems. Last year they blamed offshore so what is the excuse this time? Clearly understaffed in number at least ... l am sick of phoning and hearing blurb or getting cut off ... and possibly understaffed in quality from comments l have heard. Maybe talk to free accounting software who are very helpful as l know some have swapped to them and are happy. l cant as l specialise in default taxpayers the last one back to 1995.

    I seriously considered swapping to Xero as they are free whereas I am paying for this one obviously but up until now, customer service has been good and I cringe at the thought of moving all my stuff over but it would take me a full day to move stuff over I reckon and right now I have lost a full day in chargeable time so swapping is looking pretty good if stuff doesnt get fixed and pronto!

    Be very careful swapping as several optional products are very light on the practice management area. Also check that you can at least transfer the front covers of your returns as that will save a lot of work .

    I have calmed down now - technical glitches happen cant have everything perfect all the time, plus I had someone from Reckon call this morning to check its fixed so at least working now and they followed up so happy with that
