We are trying to login to Reckon Accounts Hosted but are receiving the message
This page isn’t working
We have reviewed the community as per the various advice provided we have cleared the cache etc and stopped remote sessions but we are still experiencing this problem. The problem occurrs on all browers
For example, one PC was able to connect this morning but when we went to go back in the message occurred.

Thanks for trying all those troubleshooting steps.
Can you please try one more thing for me, if you can please reset your Reckon Accounts Hosted service password and confirm if that allows you to launch the service successfully?
Unfortunately we are unable to reset the password to this file as it is a client's file and we (as his accountant) are accessing the file using his user details.
We can advise that we have been able to access Reckon Accounts Hosted for a different client.
