ACCOUNTS HOSTED - SITE CAN'T BE REACHED

I have just been kicked out of Accounts Hosted with error message saying site can't be reached. Is hosted down??????

    Hi Jo-Anne,
    We're currently looking into this at the moment. Hoping to have services back to normal in about 10 minutes.

    This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled reckon.com unexpectedly closed the connection.. I've suddenly been kicked out of reckon. It's been working really well lately but this morning I've got this message:
    hosted-connectv82.reckon.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
    Is there something going on?

    says I am already logged on, but when I try to log off user I get an undefined error

    Unable to log in - keep getting an "undefined" error

    Hi guys,
    I just tested logging into Hosted and also logging off remote sessions. I too came across the 'undefined' message when attempting to log off my session.

    I pressed OK to that message and then logged out by clicking the 'Logout' option in the top right corner and tried again after 30 seconds and got through without any problem.

    Me too!!  Got booted out, then when I try to log back in it says I am already logged in.  When I try to end remote session I get this error message:

    Its payroll day so really need it fixed!

    Tried this and still can not get back in, It is saying logged in but cant access log off remote sessions ?

    nope didn't work for me. It won't let me log off remote sessions, still getting the undefined error.

    I'm getting a message saying I'm already logged in. But when I go to control panel to log out remote users it says "user undefined".

    Thanks for trying that guys. Clearly still some issues that are lingering. Hosted team are on it right now.

    Rav, this needs to be sorted. It's very frustrating. We are losing time due to this. Can;t afford for the software to be down and having issues like we are all having

    Some users are experiencing an issue when trying to launch Reckon Accounts Hosted. Our technicians are currently working on the issue as this is our top priority.

    Hi all,
    We're currently running some remedial action which hopefully resolves this in full in approximately 20 minutes. This is tentative at this stage and subject to change however I'll provide a further update on this as soon as possible.

    Can you please try to log in to Hosted services now and confirm if you're able to access it successfully. If not, can you specify what is happening when you try?

    Have just managed to log in.  Had to log off remote users first as it came up still logged in but got there eventually.
