Can't display Help content properly while trying to learn "How to setup inventory tracking" on Recko

Hi, we are recently trying to use Reckon to manage our inventory. When we open the Help window on Reckons Accounts and search for this topic, contents were either not shown or displayed properly after clicking the "+" button (see attached). We also tried to find relevant Help documents regarding this topic on the official website, but couldn't find anything. Thus, we still don't know how to setup the inventory tracking in our system. Can anyone else advise what we can do now? Thanks in advanced.imageimage
