Sorry that you were having an issue. I have just tested on my end to double check and Hosted is working OK for me. Could you please check this KB http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5370 and log off any previously disconnected session and try login again? if the issue persists, please try clearing the browser cache too and try. Let me know how it goes. Regards Shisir
Ive tried all of that. Also tried in two different browsers, I can get it on a different machine but it's painful working across two computers. What else can I try, using chrome
So I understand it is one particular PC that you were having an issue logging in from?
I suspect it could be the corrupt certificate on that PC due to recent browser updates. Could you please try this instruction and let me know if that fixes it? http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5724
So just summarising the issue and steps you have done so far:
You are getting 'hosted-connectv82.reckon.com is currently unable to handle this request.' error when logging into Hosted from one particular PC.
You can, however, login OK from Other PC.
You have already cleared the browser cache and tried again. No Success.
You have already deleted the certificate and tried again. No Success.
So my further question is:
When did the issue start. Were you ever able to login to hosted from that PC?
Is the Other PC that you can login from, and this problematic PC, are they in the same network? i.e do they connect to the nternet from the same ISP on the Same premises?
Have you recently tried restarting the PC and tried again?
Are you still getting the same error?
Please reply with the detailed answer to all the above queries.
