Deposits

I am using Reckon Hosted.  Is it possible to create a deposit automatically when receiving payments?  It is time consuming to receive a payment and then to have to go to deposit it as well.

    Hi Roslyn
    Yes you can.  Go to your preferences then Sales & Customers.  Untick the box Üse undeposited funds as a default deposit to account.  This then gives you the option to choose a bank account to deposit to in the payment screen.

    Thank you Wilma.  Makes life just that little bit easier.  I wish there was still a printed instruction manual that can be referred to for these issues :)
