It would be good if I could run a report to show in advance what suppliers Workers comp is expiring

I guess we could, we have over 250 Subcontractors all that have different dates for Insurances Expiring

Excuse me, worker's comp expires on one date in each state. There isn't a date for each individual employee. I deal with this in five states already. You say they are subcontractors, why aren't you insuring them? Or are they companies?

Hello Paul

If you are using the fields (Work Comp Expires and Gen Liab Expires) in the Additional Info tab in the supplier.

Create a Supplier Contact List report and add these fields, remove unnecessary fields.

Sort by the date column to have the closest to expiry dates at the top.

Save this as a memorised report to use in the future.

How does this help if you have them set up as Employees?

Sorry Kevin, You Misunderstood me, I never said They were set up as Employees, These are Suppliers that have to prove to us that they hold Liability & Workers comp Insurance to Cover the employees they employ
and In answer to an earlier comment, Yes they are all Partnerships, Companies Or Trusts and they all can send another person to do the task we require (one of their employees)
Reckon tells me when I enter an Invoice received from them if the Insurance has expired, I am trying to get heads up to send them a reminder
