Adjustment note allocation

Hi, I have a customer that had a credit note issued in 2016 for $4,108.50. This credit has now been applied to various invoices totalling $4,163.54. How is it possible to apply more than the original credit was for? I am on Reckon Account Premier Edition 2017

    Hi Cassie

    Have a look at the History on the Credit Note to determine its allocation.  It may be that a payment was partially allocated against the remaining balance ?
