AUTO SCHEDULED TRANSACTIONS NOT HAPPENING

Since installing Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2019 my Scheduled Bills and Deposits are no longer being entered automatically by Reckon – despite the Auto option being selected. Anyone else encountered this issue and is there a solution?
