Single touch payroll end of year - Small business

I have set up STP in Hosted for a small business (less than 19 employees) to ensure we are up and running smoothly for the 1st July 2019. When I do the final pay run for this financial year there may be some employees who do not work during that final week as all employees are casual, how do we handle the final pay event for the year for any employees who are not in the last pay run?

    I was wondering the same as with casuals/backpackers they come and go a few times through the year and then sometimes I find out 4 weeks later that they are not returning to work.
