Overlapping invoices

In ReckonOne, I sent an invoice for services rendered to an insurance company. They paid part of it. So I sent another invoice to another party for the missing amount, plus for more services rendered; this other party paid the full amount. Now I'm stuck with the partially paid insurance company invoice that I am unable to rectify. What can I do?
