unable to login the APP

Yesterday installed STP on iPhone X iOS version 12.2 completed initial setup and registered the software with ATO. Today unable to login, see attached photo. What should I do?

    Sorry to hear you had some trouble in signing up to the app, can you let me know if this problem is still occurring for you today?

    Hi Rav

    Thanks for your prompt reply. I am still unable to login. Now the error message is "Incorrect Email or Password". However, I have not changed either the email nor the password. I tried a few more times and still not able to login!

    Hi Kai,
    Can you do me a favour and go through the 'Forgot Password' option on the app and reset your password and login after this. Let me know if its successful for you (or not).

    Hello Kai, I'm just wondering if you've been able to log in?  I'm having the same problem as you where I get a message saying "Incorrect Email or Password".  Thanks, Sonja
