I have uploaded the Reckon STP mobile app. Setup asks for mobile. Gibberish error. doesn’t make any

I have uploaded the Reckon STP mobile app. When setting it up it asks for my mobile phone number for 2FA. When I press send code I get an ‘ohno ‘ error that doesn’t make any sense. It is all gibberish. Help required.

    Hi Jenelle,
    Have you previously registered this ABN with our GovConnect service in the Reckon Portal? If so, then it will not be accepted in the app.

    If not, can you let me know which version of the app are you using? Android or iOS and if you've updated to the latest version (check your app store for any applicable updates).
