Paid Parental Leave

Making a person on Paid Parental Leave redundant. All of Paid parental paid. However when terminating staff member this message appears

The employee is currently receiving Paid Parental Payments. 
The last  payment was on  8/02/19
The FIRST payment was on 25/01/19
There have been 2 Payment(s)
With a Value = $ 1447.7                          
Elapsed payment window = 3 wk. (up to 18ks)
You can elect to EXIT this Wizard to confirm the employee's entitlements.

the FIRST payment was actually made 19/10/2018
All payments have been made NOT 2

Can anyone help?
