Reckon Hosted won't let me do backup.

I am trying to do a backup before upgrading my files to R19, but I am getting a message saying the currently logged in windows user does not have permission to write or delete files from this location! I am the Admin and am logged in as Admin. Have tried ringing Tech support, but they are at capacity and not taking calls!!!

I just backed up and successfully updated one company account, luckily the one that I had to process payroll on, now I am trying to back up the 2nd company account so I can update and I keep getting an error message that the file could not be backed up.0

Unfortunately the one I can't get to work is my payroll one - and it's payday tomorrow!!0

I logged out and when I logged back in I was able to complete a successful backup and update to 2019.1

As per Joy - try logging out and back in - maybe try a different location or file name for the backup?0

Have logged in a number of time, same outcome. I don't even get to the location for the backup, it starts the verify files box, then goes to the error message!0
