After logging in to the desktop site to correct a spelling mistke in my email address, I can no longer get into the app on my iPhone.  I've tried deleting and reinatlling the app .

    Hi Mark,
    Can you give me the ABN you've registered to the app and also confirm if the email address you've used on the app is the same one used for this Reckon Community account?

    The ABN is 85482802548 and the email address is the same for both.

    Thanks Mark,
    It looks as though you've spelled your email address incorrectly when you first registered on the app. Usually I could have deleted the ABN registration however because there has been a STP submission made from the app (regardless of being successful or not) I'm not able to do so.

    I'm getting in touch with our app and Portal teams in relation to this and how we can rectify it. I'll keep you posted.
