Payroll Premier 2019/2020

I have downloaded and installed Payroll Premier 2019/20. However the program won't open and states "the Registration Information appears to be Corrupt" I have re-installed the program but the same message continues to appear. How do I rectify this issue?

    Problem solved. I had to install the program in administrator mode
