Empdupe file issue

I have processed my year end payroll processes and saved my Empdupe file without issue. However when trying to upload my 2018-19 Empdupe file through the ATO business portal and receive an error message advising that the "Empdupe file size is not a correct multiple of the record length". Any ideas what I can do to ensure my Empdupe file can be recognised and successfully uploaded?

    Further to this i have looked at my empdupe file and it is obviously incorrect (only one staff member shows up). What do I need to do to ensure correct data transfers to that empdupe file?
