I signed up with the STP app & the wrong comany details & ABN came through - how do I change or edit the info ???
It won't allow me to make changes to the ABN & Company name

    Hi Nikolas,
    Can you give me the (incorrect) ABN that you've registered in the app.

    Also, can you confirm that the email address for your app account is the same email address registered to this Community account.

    The company name that comes up is : 
    Strata Plan 98281
    ABN : 83432842457


    My Company name is Nikon Electrics Pty Ltd
    ABN: 50128395531


    PLease help me sort out this mess & show m ehow to download the latest Tax tables for payroll

    the company name that is incorrect is _m  ABN 83763462172.
    My Company is M & K Cole Ferns pty ltd

    Hi Nikolas,
    I've deleted the incorrect ABN (83432842457) from your app account.
    Please log out of the app and close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.

    Log back in after a couple of minutes and the app will ask you to register an ABN again. Go ahead and register your correct ABN and follow the prompts to setup.

    I've removed the incorrect ABN from your app account now. Please logout of the app and close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.

    Log back in after a couple of minutes and you'll be asked to setup an ABN again in the app.

    Hi Kerrie,
    Can you please try closing the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps and then reopen it after a couple of minutes before trying again.

    If you don't have any luck there, can you please uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Either of the above should do the trick but let me know how you get on.
