    Hi Adrian,
    Are you logging in with the correct email address & password that were used when the account was first created?
    I've found usually there might have been a typo or incorrect email address used when the account was first registered which prevents subsequent logins. I can check though, what's the ABN you've registered to the app and can you also confirm that the email address you've used is the same email address for this Community account?
