Program Data ABA files are no longer visible for online banking ABA files

I'm using Reckon Accounts Premier 2019 and this is a new problem.  Previously if we lost the path to ABA files in online banking it was a case of following the path to restore/rectify the problem.  However this time the Program Data File doesn't appear in the path?   As a temporary fix we are saving ABA files to the Desktop but I need to know why we are suddenly experiencing this problem. Would really appreciate some help?

    Hi Sue

Each time you install an annual upgraded version (eg 2017, 2018, 2019 etc) - unless manually configured otherwise - a new set of default File Folders is also created under that year’s installation.  This includes “Export Files” (within which a new “STP Files” Folder is also created) & “ABA Files”.

You can either use this or create a shortcut to it somewhere simpler (I like to have shortcut on my desktop)

Once you have retrieved the first couple of times from the new location, it should revert back to defaulting there again automatically.

Thanks, somehow path to the Program Data files was hidden.  It is now visible and  I can use the path as previously and it is working.

    Regards, Sue
