STP - Full file replacement or update a previously completed ATO Submission?

Hi everyone,

A recently hired employee was added to the reckon desktop and i didn't notice till this week that the Superannuation Guarantee has not be recorded for their paychecks.
I have fixed the problem in their employee details and was wondering if the best coarse of action is to redo their previous paychecks and then re lodge on reckon gov connect as a full file replacement for each week or do i tick update previously completed ATO submission?

    Do NOT redo the previous paycheques. Update the super in this pay run for the delinquent payment. And change it back to normal next week
