    Nope. That's the entire point of 2FA or MFA. Why, have you lost the phone? You might need to ring Reckon to get this fixed.

    No I haven't. But I am currently lodging for a client and I am trying to get the client to lodge it themselves

    Anita get Reckon to deregister your phone and get the client to pay for their own app. They'll need to notify ATO of a new software ID. That's all. Problem solved.
