Change email

The wrong email address was entered at set up so now I cant change or access to reset. HELP!!!

    Hi Mark,

    - Log out of the app

    - Log into our Portal here https://portal.reckon.com with your current app account sign in details ie. the 'incorrect' email address.

    - Once you're logged in, click on 'Profile' in the top right corner and edit your email address to the correct one & save it.

    - Log back into the app using the correct email address and you'll have access to your account as normal.
