Hi I have a reckon STP mobile ap that was deleted from my phone in error. How do I reconnect it

    Hi David,
    If you've already set up your account and you've just deleted the app then its just a matter of downloading it again from your app store ie. Google Play Store or App Store (Apple).

    Once its downloaded, just login with your existing account sign-in ie. email address & password that was used when the account was created.

    Hi Rav I ave reinstalled it and tried that. When I log in it gives the tick but then goes to a white screen and a little green circle just goes around and around and nothing happens

    Are you using the Android version of the app or the iOS?

    If its Android, can you please try this -
    - Close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps
    - Head into your phone settings;
    Settings > Apps > Reckon STP > Storage > Clear Data
    (This path will vary depending on your phone & version of Android OS)
    - Open the app again and login

    The above should do the trick but let me know how you get on.
