    It looks as though you're trying to send a Full File Replacement. The screenshot shows that you haven't selected a pay run to replace from the dropdown menu immediately above where you've signed off your name which is why you can't proceed any further at this stage.

    If you're not intending to send a full file replacement, please ensure you haven't created it as such in your Reckon software and select the 'New Pay run' option when you're uploading in GovConnect.
