Incorrect ABN

I have entered the incorrect ABN on my Reckon STP App. Can you assis on having it removed so I can enter the correct one. Thank-you

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you Kellie.
    When I look at this ABN in our system it shows that there have been 6 submissions sent for it from your app account.

    Can you confirm the status of these submissions, ie. have they been successful or have they returned an error?
    If they have returned an error, can you confirm the exact response message that has been returned from the ATO for the submissions

    Hi Rav These are all in error status declined by ATO The ABN is incorrect as the employee is linked to another company ABN which I should have entered Regards Kellie

    Because the submissions have already been sent, I can't delete the incorrect ABN from your app account outright. Instead, I've sent this through to our app development team to organise the removal of it via the backend.
    I'll let you know as soon as they've completed the work required to action this.
