Accountant's file (qby) merge failed - unknown error

Reckon accounts Plus 2019 - I tried to merge accountant's file (qby) to my file but failed.  it said, "An unknown error has occured. Please restore your backup and try again. If the problem persists, contact Reckon Technical Support.  I tried several times and even tried to isolate the company file to a new test folder but still not working.  My accountant asked QuickBooks and the reply was to add a new account “Provision for income tax” under current liability in the file.  But the account "provision for income tax was already created.  I can not create another account under the same name.  How can I fix this?  Please help.  thanks in advance.

    Is the 'provision for income tax' that is already created is it under current liability or something else

    thank you for your reply.  
    The "provision for income tax" is under current liability. Hence I am unable to create another "provision for income tax" under the same category.
