Manually upload only imports the first 10 transactions

Hi, when we try to manually upload bank transactions, it only imports the first 10 transactions? We also tried changing the starting row number from 1 to 11 to workaround this issue by performing multiple uploads but the starting row number doesn't work either. Is this a bug or is there something that needs to be set or changed to make this work correctly?
