Reckon 2020 not displaying menu bar items

Reckon Accounts 2020 no longer showing menu bar items and dropdown lists from menu bar items are blank.  Also cannot enter data into accounts - anyone experienced this problem before?

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this one. Is this problem still occurring for you?

    Is there any change after you close and restart the program and/or PC?

    No there was no change for several days and then it corrected itself - quite disconcerting.  Seems to be working at the moment.
