I have been uplodading STP files for six months and this is the first time it tells me that one (new) employee doesn't have all the details, even though I checked three times and the name, dob, address, employee number, phone number, etc are all entered correctly.

I just added a new employee, included her in this week's pay run but the STP list to process does not include her.  Why?

    Hi Janine

Have you checked the new employee’s Pay?  It’s possible it may have the wrong Pay Date.

The pay date is the same as all the others in the pay run.

    Hi Janine

That seems strange … Without seeing it, it’s a little difficult to guess what the problem is …

Have you used any new Payroll Items on the new Employee’s Pay?

It may be that the Payroll Item has not been mapped to STP although I would have thought the rest of the Pay figures would still show regardless.

If the issue still remains, I’d recommend having an Accredited Reckon Partner assist you one-on-one as there’s obviously something not quite right with the setup.
