printing payslips

I've just changed preferences to Date Paid, there are only 10 employees can not print pay slip to PDF, also some of the employees are missing in the preview

    I find it best to leave things as Pay End Date (??). Date Paid gets the wrong dates happening and other things don't come up as they should either.
