Invoices won't send

Just changed internet providers, now invoices won't send in Reckon Accounts Plus. Email address is correct, password entered ok, Msg is "Email service can't be reached" although email is working fine

Is it the web mail feature you are using? If it is, please click here for instructions, There may be some settings not correct.
