How do I download Accounts Plus 2019 onto a new laptop?

I have Accounts Plus 2019 and have purchased a new laptop. How do I get the programme onto my new laptop

    Same way you installed on old one, with disk and installation code
    do you have your customer number and pin? If so you can logon to members area and download both from there
