STP Report error

I am trying to send my STP report and when I type in the Authenticator number it states the number is invalid.  Checked the number it is correct.
It worked fine last pay 2 weeks ago.  Any ideas????

Hi Christine,
Are you using the Google Authenticator app for your MFA codes or some other authenticator?

If its Google Authenticator and you're positive that you're entering in the right number, then try the step listed on this help article -
I've scanned the QR code and successfully passed MFA, but now I'm receiving the error message 'Please Type Correct Code' when inputting my code.
