Details saved in the "Alt. Contact" field that do not show on the first page of the customer informa

Hi there,
I have details saved in the "Alt. Contact" field that do not show on the first page of the customer information.

I've included screenshots below to show you what i'm talking about.  

How do I get this to show? Is there a define fields section for this somewhere?

    Hi Alana

     

    Unfortunately, the “Alt Contact” field doesn’t display in the summary section.  Only data entered under “Alt Phone” - as shown in your screenshots - is shown.

    Therefore, enter the alternate info there – It fits approx 20 characters (incl spaces/punctuation)
