Adding a new printer

I am working from home because of Covid-19 and have successfully logged into my account, Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2019, multi-user, and I need to add my home printer as it still tries to print to the office printer.
How do I add a new printer?

Mary Ann. You have listed your query under Accounts Business Range but talk about Reckon Hosted, so I am assuming that is what you are using. There is no scope to add a new printer to Reckon. When you go through the printing process, Reckon prints to its own printer which then produces a PDF file which you can then print out by clicking on the printer icon on the top right hand side . This next step is no different to any other program that you use at home for which you want to print something to your home printer You just need to select your home default printer from the drop-down box like you would for any other document that you want to print.
