I cant upload my file from Payroll Premier into Reckon STP can you provide me with tips on what I ma

I am using Payroll Premier to pay my staff, and have registered by Software ID with the ATO. When I try to upload my file to stp it is not showing my data, and I wondered if I haven't completed any required fields and that is why it is preventing loading the data for me to lodge? Your suggestions or help with required data would be appreciated .

    Hi Tan,
    Usually something like what you've described occurs when there is a mismatch between the Reckon accounting software you are using and the product selection made in GovConnect.

    Can you let me know which product name is showing when you go into your STP entity in GovConnect please. (Feel free to add a screenshot here if easier)
