    Updating enterprise hosted is worse user experience than a root canal without anaesthetic!!!!!
    Doesn't update from within program
    Hard to find download area with ancient separate user interface
    doesn't fully download, freezes with 36 seconds to go.............

    Are you using Reckon Hosted(online) or enterprise desktop?
