my file has locked - is there a way of unlocking it as i cannot get support today

Can someone tell me how to unlock my file? It is locked on a page trying to send an email and I cannot get the information showing to go.

    There is a page hidden behind, do "Alt" & either "PgUp or PgDn" and that will bring that page to the front and you can then action that page.
    This can happen if you click on the screen as the page is trying to come up, so it then puts that page to the back.
