Allowances

I have mistakenly been adding an allowance in both the gross pay and also in the allowance . Meaning it is counted twice . Does anyone have suggestions how to fix ?

    I think you'll need to reduce the gross pay balance by the total amount of the allowance component then put through another adjustment from the app to put that balance back through as allowances.

    Do a negative adjustment Karen.  Click the + up the top right and then New Adjustment.  Enter amounts as a negative to the gross pay for each employee.
