Invoices will not print

Hi Daneen
I recently experienced the exact same problem with my own company file.
Turned out to be a problem with one of my logos (even though I’ve been using them for years with no issues previously!?!?!?)
Am still not sure exactly what caused it … upgrading from Win 7 > Win 10, a Windows Update, some folder moving (that one would be my fault!) or a combination or something else entirely but this fixed the issue for me after all other attempts - including program uninstall & reinstall - failed:
If you only have one image/logo on your customised Tax Invoice template ….
- Save a new copy of your logo & add it to your Images folder
- Open your custom Invoice template & delete the existing image/logo
- Add the new logo
- Save the updated template
If you only have multiple images/logo on your customised Tax Invoice template ….
- Save a new copy of one of your logos & add it to your Images folder
- Open your custom Invoice template & delete the existing version of this image/logo
- Add the new logo
- Save the updated template
- Try printing the Invoice now
If it still doesn’t work, try the above steps for another one of your logos until you find/replace the rogue one.

Thanks for your help, yes the logo was the problem ( thankyou ! ) but for some reason it suddenly decided my logo file size was too big, made the file ( in pixels ) smaller deleted the old added the new and now its fine ...go figure!1
