EOFY (FY19/20) Report
Hi all
First time i am using EOFY 2019/20 Report
Two Questions:
1. My prefilled 2019/20 EOFY Report does not add up to the "Approved" submissions throughout the year, it looks like it is picking up values from submissions that have failed and have error but i cant reconcile either way. Has this occurred to anyone else or is it just me (i can see you can fix the annual report with adjustments with negative value).
2. JobKeeper Top up payments submitted as Allowances through the year, should this be showing up in the "Total Gross Pay" as well as the Total Allowance in the EOFY Report?
For example: If i have $6250 (normal wages) + $3000 Allowance (due to JobKeeper) and say $1248 tax withheld
Should the fields in the EOFY be:
Total Gross Payment $6250
Tax Withheld $1248
Allowance $3000
or
Should the fields in the EOFY be:
Total Gross Payment $9250 (being $6250 normal wage + $3000 jobkeeper)
Tax Withheld $1248
Allowance $3000
I have noticed that MYOB excludes the jobkeeper from Gross Wage. Reckon seems to be doing something different.
Please confirm answers to bother questions.
Thanks
Jamie
