Payroll Premier New File

Hi everyone,
We are using Payroll Premier for our weekly payroll and we have 150 employees. The current file is too big and running slowly. As advised by a technical support, I created a new file for FY2021. I found there is no easier way of transferring employees details from old file to the new one, but manually enter them one by one. And the employee report I downloaded does not include full information which means I will have to take screenshot for each tab and one of them.
Is there anyone experiencing same issue and have better solutions? Thank you
