My Reckon Payroll App froze. Its been for over an hour. Have anyone had the same problem?

    Unfortunately, it's quite a common problem for me too. Just kill the session and come back later. Most of the time, it will complete the process. Occasionally, you do get a hiccup. E.g. My latest payrun was doing this and when it completes, 2 record was created instead of one. Had to ring helpdesk to delete the transactions and restart the payrun again. Helpdesk told me it's a known bug that they are trying to fix. Sorry, not of much help here.
