Reckon Accounts Plus reads Base Hours as Personal Leave hours

I am setting up a new company file in Reckon Accounts Plus 2020. For one employee (only) when I run a pay cheque, when I enter the number of Base Hours, it reads it as the number of hours of Personal Leave and tells me it exceeds the amount available. I've gone through and checked my employee set up but I must have missed/done something wrong. I haven't entered any Personal Leave details so there are no limits.

Unfortunately the part of the setup that you need to check and where you probably selected the wrong thing - isnt visible except on the intial setup - if the Base Hours is deducting person leave - then you will need to delete this payroll item and set it up again - making sure to choose Regular Pay at the appropriate tab on the setup screens.1

Thank you for your help. When I changed Base Hourly to Hourly Pay it worked.
