I have been using Reckon STP for a year-every pay run comes back as an error-declined by ATO TFN must be a valid TFN - it is correct-I have rung ATO and they said everything has come through fine on their end - it must be a glitch in the app-accountant advised deleting app and reinstalling it- which I have done, then did new pay run- same resulting error
